At Legitify, we’re continuously working to simplify and improve your online notarization experience. This past month, we introduced a range of updates aimed at making the platform even more intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly. Here’s what’s new:
Scheduling & Uploads
- UI improvements during document upload: Once users fill in document details, clicking the main Confirm button now triggers the upload automatically, no additional steps required. This update helps streamline the request process and makes it easier to complete uploads without delay.
- Increased QES upload limit to 25 MB: Qualified Electronic Signature sessions now support document uploads up to 25 MB, enabling larger document uploads.
Onboarding & Sign-Up
- Redesigned sign-up screen: The sign-up page has been updated with a cleaner and more intuitive layout, enhancing usability and making navigation easier across all devices.
Analytics
- Custom PostHog event tracking: We now log detailed user actions to better understand user behavior. These insights help us fine-tune the flow and reduce friction throughout the notarization journey.
Dashboard & UI Polish
- Appointment card layout for non-video sessions: Appointment cards now indicate when no video meeting is required, helping users understand whether they need to attend.
- Appointment date/time shown on dashboard: The scheduled date and time for each upcoming session are now displayed directly on the dashboard, giving users a clearer overview and making it easier for users to track their upcoming sessions.
