At Legitify, we’re committed to making notarisation as seamless and efficient as possible. This past month, we rolled out a series of improvements aimed at streamlining the way users book, prepare for, and manage their notarisation sessions.
We’ve introduced a new AI-generated onboarding video to guide first-time users through the platform. From uploading documents to attending your first session, this quick walkthrough helps you get started with confidence, no guesswork needed.
Two important improvements make session scheduling even smoother:
Need to arrange a session for a colleague or client? You can now mark that the request is made on behalf of someone else, directly in the booking flow and in the dashboard. This small addition adds clarity for notaries and participants alike.
Each uploaded document can now be tagged with its type. This extra detail gives notaries the context they need to better prepare, ensuring a more efficient session from the start.
To reduce no-shows and help users stay on track, we’ve launched:
Users requesting a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) now receive a dedicated pre-session email with next steps and preparation tips. This ensures everything is ready before the meeting begins, helping sessions run smoothly and without delays.
Guest participants will now only receive email notifications after a session is confirmed. This prevents unnecessary communication during the early stages of booking and keeps things clear for everyone involved.
