March Product Updates: What’s New on Legitify

We’ve made several key improvements across the Legitify platform to refine your experience, making the process smoother and more convenient. Here’s a full breakdown of what’s new this month:

Real-Time Support with AI Assistant

An AI-powered assistant is now integrated into the platform to provide instant guidance, smart suggestions, and real-time help whenever you need it.

Document Upload Improvements

Uploading several files at once? You now have more flexibility when managing them. Users can set details for each document individually during the upload process, including:

  • Adding notes
  • Specifying apostille requirements
  • Selecting the document’s country of origin

This gives you better control and clarity when preparing documents with different requirements.

Role Updates and Specifications

Chat Display:
During a notarization session, roles such as main signatory, notary, signing participant, and observer are now clearly shown in the chat. This helps everyone stay aligned and reduces confusion during the appointment.

Email Communication:
Each invited participant now receives an email that outlines:

  • Their specific role in the meeting
  • Who invited them

This update helps streamline coordination and minimizes back-and-forth questions ahead of the session.

Optimized Email Communications

Appointment Reminders:
To help reduce no-shows, email reminders are now sent to invited parties based on their sign-up and verification status. Each email is tailored to match the user’s situation.

Confirmation Emails:
Three new types of confirmation emails are now triggered depending on the user's role and progress in the process, ensuring everyone stays informed.

Updated Welcome Email:
New users will now receive a refreshed welcome email that offers a more helpful and user-friendly introduction to Legitify.

Unique Appointment ID in Notification Emails

All appointment-related emails now include the unique appointment ID instead of the document title. This update makes it easier to track and reference specific appointments, especially when managing multiple sessions.

Notary Dashboard Improvements

In Progress Tab:
We’ve updated the order of filters in the “In Progress” tab to improve navigation and make it easier to manage active sessions.

New Request Section:
The “New Request” area on the appointment page has been refined for a cleaner, more intuitive experience when reviewing and accepting incoming requests.
